Featuring Adrienne Velazquez

We have the 7-Figure Boss, Adrienne Velazquez...

Welcome Adrienne! Tell us more about yourself.

I am a wife, mother, owner of JoyezSalon and Spa, Certified Public Speaker, Author, Business Coach, Hair Stylist, Motivational Speaker, Platform Artist, Keratin Complex Brand Ambassador, Foster Care Advocate, and Global Educator. I developed the Seven Figure Boss program where I coach and teach Entrepreneurs how to reach their fullest potential and grow their businesses.

I use methods that give one the ability to create generational wealth and longevity. My step-by-step, how-to system trains each and every attendee how to generate a six-figure PLUS income doing what they love by following a blueprint to work less and make more.

I have also been featured in many publications. To name some: Modern Salon, Salon Today, FOX, CBS, NBC, Bronner Bros, Keratin Complex, Premiere Orlando, International Salon & Spa Expo, and Americas Beauty Show.

When did you start writing and what made you decide to publish your work?

I have been writing for two years now. I was inspired to create The Seven Figure Boss Mastermind Journal and Toolkit to help entrepreneurs put systems in place and combat the mindset that is holding them back. I have a memoir that will be released soon. My motivation for the memoir is to inspire other women and show them the past does not define their future.

Tell us more about your book! Who is the target audience and what is the message?

I wrote this book for anyone that wants to live a successful life and take control of it. This book empowers those who desire to have a profitable and sustainable business. It helps walk through the process of crushing limited beliefs, taking action, and addressing the fears that hold you back.

Describe the shift you have experienced as a result of becoming an author.

As I am finishing my second book and working on my third, my confidence has grown. I believe that anything is achievable with the combination of drive and willingness. I have had to face my childhood fears dealing with learning disabilities so that I can truly rewrite my story about what I thought of myself. I can stand boldly and declare that I am enough, I am smart, and I can do anything. Being an author has forced me to go after EVERY dream and enjoy the journey.

When I sold that first copy, I was so overjoyed. I have definitely had to face my fears of thinking it was not possible. I was in awe that someone found value in what I have to offer. To sell it was one thing, but people seeing the value and how the Mastermind Journal could be life-changing was so sweet. I can share with my kids that anything is possible.

What an impact! Now that you have overcome the fear of what others may think of your work, what would you say to those hindered by that same fear?

Feel the fear and DO IT ANYWAY! You will never know the outcome unless you try. Have the expectation that you will be the NUMBER ONE BESTSELLER! Believe in yourself! You can do it!
